Vastned NV has received on 30 January 2025 a transparency notification dated 30 January 2025, which indicates that BlackRock Inc., as a result of the acquisition of shares on 29 January 2025, holds 3.02% of the voting rights of Vastned NV. BlackRock Inc. has thus exceeded the 3% shareholding threshold.
