Easily transition to Android and transfer your data

Transitioning to an Android device has become simpler with a new feature introduced alongside Samsung’s latest Z Series at the Galaxy Unpacked event. This feature, integrated into Android 17, allows users to wirelessly transfer a broader range of data from an iPhone without needing a separate application.

With this enhanced migration process, users can effortlessly move essential data. It supports transferring photos, videos, contacts, messages, and calendar information. Additionally, newly supported data types include Google Accounts, passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, and eSIM details.

The updated migration tool is already being rolled out to select Pixel devices. Furthermore, it will be accessible on the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 and Z Fold8 series and is expected to become available on more Android devices in the near future.
