Nani’s ‘The Paradise’ Faces Midweek Slowdown, Yet Crosses Rs 113 Crore in 6 Days
Nani’s latest cinematic venture, ‘The Paradise,’ which opened to substantial enthusiasm, has encountered a bit of a slowdown as the weekdays roll on. Tuesday’s collections came in at a modest Rs. 4.50 crore, marking a 25% dip from its Monday earnings.
With the numbers dwindling to less than 10% of what they were on its opening day, it’s clear that the film is struggling to maintain its initial momentum. Despite these midweek challenges, ‘The Paradise’ has managed to amass a respectable six-day total of approximately Rs. 113.25 crore. Looking ahead, the extended first-week tally is anticipated to surpass Rs. 120 crore.
Given the mixed reviews, such a decline isn’t entirely unexpected. The film braved potential pitfalls over its debut weekend, pulling in impressive figures and steering clear of an immediate box office nosedive. However, the onset of the workweek saw its fortunes waver.
Regional Performance
In terms of regional performance, ‘The Paradise’ continues to shine in the Nizam area, buoyed by a strong local fanbase. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for Andhra, where the film’s collections haven’t quite hit the mark.
