AI Mode is a new feature that allows you to get answers to your questions directly on Facebook, thanks to Meta AI. Whether you’re exploring your Feed or searching for something specific, AI Mode utilizes Meta AI to provide insights based on what people are publicly sharing across apps like Groups and Reels, offering real-world perspectives and experiences instead of a basic list of search results.
This feature is an example of how Meta AI, powered by Muse Spark, integrates into the experiences you use daily. Whether you’re browsing or delving deeper into content, Meta AI is available to assist you.
New tools for creation and sharing
We are also launching new editing features that use AI to simplify creative sharing. Our camera roll sharing suggestions now include new collage cutout templates, such as recent hangouts with friends. Additionally, new transition effects enable the creation of smooth, stylish video montages ready for sharing. These suggestions are opt-in and can be turned off anytime. Sometimes, your best captures may get overlooked, or you might lack time to craft something special. With a single tap, you can create standout videos and collages that you’ll be eager to share.
We are also introducing new photo presets that allow easy changes to clothing, hair, and accessories using AI. For sports enthusiasts, you can easily show team spirit by virtually wearing a team jersey. Simply tap the AI Edit icon in stories and choose Wear It, or head to your profile picture and select Restyle profile picture with AI, then choose Wardrobe.
